Hot Temps and Hot Fishing!

Today we decided to "Fish the Docks"!
During the heat of the summer, fish like to get under docks to relax in the few degrees cooler water. I like to gather some prime size live bait and pitch them under docks to see if I can pull some of these residence out .
It usually results in some explosive action and close quarters combat with fish that don't want to come out to play.
A 20lb Tarpon that was waiting for a easy meal under a dock.
We caught/hung a variety of species, to include, Tarpon, Snook, Goliath Grouper, Mangrove Snapper and Jacks. Great Action!! |
