January 24th - Weatherman gets it wrong!!
|
Today's forecast called for light winds, 5-10 from the north. We anticipated a calm morning, but it was far from it. The wind was ripping from the moment we left the ramp. We managed to get on 2 nice schools of Redfish and hooked up once. We ended the day by ducking into a canal and finding some Black Drum that were hungry. While small, these fish were fiesty and Adam caught one after another. Great way to end a tough day!
